Club AGM 2009

This years AGM had 11 members.  There was a large vote of 
thanks from the secretary for all the efforts made last year.
There was a discussion of ECF membership fees and the Chairman
said the issue is on hold so the current system applies for now.
A usefull table of last seasons statistics was compiled and 
distributed by the secreatary.

The treasurer presented the accounts and thanked Peter Morton for
editing them. He also thanked Mike Mackenzie for sterling efforts
with the tea fund with not charge to the club or claiming costs 
for his efforts. Ken Hedger asked about keeping a general reserve
and it was agreed greater latitude would be allowed.

The Web Master Nicholas Rutherford asked for more of your favourite
games which can be stored and played online. Also any suggestions
to improve the look of the site. We now have a small link "Hall for
Hire" for anyone who wishes to rent it.

Two copies of the club magazine were published in July 2008 and
Februrary 2009. A "Welcome Pack" will be updated for the new 
season and printed in Spetember

For 2009/2010 the fees are £32.00 for full membership and
£24.00 for reduced membership. No increase needed this year.

This year we decided to have teams in each of the following 
leagues. 

• London Division 3
• London Division 5
• Middlesex Division 1
• Thames Valley Division 2
• Middlesex F4
• Hammersmith League Knights
• Hammersmith League Bishops
